We are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant for an international pharmaceutical wholesaler of medicines, based in Kontich.

Your role as a Financial Administrative Employee
You will have a versatile range of tasks with mainly accounting and administrative responsibilities.
Below is an overview of your most important tasks:
Accounting tasks:
• Entering and registering invoices.
• Performing analyzes regarding both purchase and sales invoices.
• Preparatory accounting tasks for the accountant/finance department in UK.
Administrative tasks:
• Provide support to various departments within the company.
• Be a point of contact for customers, both by telephone and in person.
• Management of supplier relationships and contacts.
• Responsible for stock management.
• Handling damage files, including filing complaints in the event of product or packaging damage.
• Registering shipments with customers and following up on associated overviews.
• Management of office supplies, booking transport and following up on emails.
• Provide support to the Site Manager and General Manager in various tasks.

• Accounting knowledge is a must.
