The Advisor will begin by providing outstanding service to existing clients while representing the Scheff and Liddell brand. From there, the Advisor will learn to develop and foster new relationships. Responsibilities: Manage and develop important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues. Clients are likely to include business owners, executives, retirees, and families. Develop a personal network and represent the organization at community events. Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services. Support the branch’s growth of the overall business Enter customer information that has been gathered through research and/or through direct customer contact into the CRM system, to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities. Enter trades as requested. Participate in continuing education and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and daily news.
