As PLM FIN you assume global entrepreneurial responsibility for your portfolio. The role involves managing budget planning, variance analyses, forecasting, and reporting for leadership, while using analytical skills to evaluate financial data and drive improvements. It also includes creating impactful data visualizations, responding to management inquiries, and serving as a key user of financial IT systems. 

You’ll make an impact by

Developing comprehensive budget plans together with PLM FIN Head to drive profitable growth of the portfolio. Conduct in-depth financial analyses for informed decisions, and create forecasts based on data trends and industry standards. Using advanced analytics to interpret financial data, identify trends, and create compelling visualizations for effective stakeholder communication. Leveraging digital tools to enhance reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Overseeing profitability (CPC, cost, margin, etc.), contribute to business reviews and strategic planning meetings, by further developing your financial story telling skills.   Financial input to the preparation of the Innovation Roadmap. As PLM FIN you will manage various financial input from different stakeholders resulting in the best possible product offering.  Contribute to provision of strategic financial advice to leadership based on insights from analysis and modeling, acting as a trusted advisor. Acting as a counterpart to the Sales, R&D and Operations Teams, as well as serving financial support to the PLM Team. Manage price adjustments, monitor margin and quantity development, and collaborate on business plans, growth strategies, and cross-functional clarifications between Sales, R&D and Operations. Driving process innovation through continuous improvement, utilizing trends in big data, robotics, and cloud computing. Actively engage in learning forums and share best practices in finance, sustainability, and technology. 

Your success is grounded in

EducationA Bachelor’s or Master degree in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent. Experience & SkillsYou bring several years of professional experience in the finance sector, preferably in performance controlling, factory, cost analysis or sales. Project experience in international teams is helpful. Excellent calculation and presentation skills are part of your Profile. Profound usage of office 365 and experience in Data Analytics, Robotics or BI Tools (e.g. Power BI). Ways of workingYou distinguish yourself through strategic thinking as well as an analytical- and open mindset for an environment of continuous change.  You are proactive with the passion to solve complex challenges, are goal-oriented and enjoy working in an intercultural business environment. LanguagesYou possess excellent English and German communication skills; Other languages are a plus.
