Financial Advisor II

**_This position is HYBRID (some days on-site/some remote); therefore, candidates must be local to the DFW region._**
The Financial Advisor II serves as a key financial resource, maintains system productivity reports, and provides technical and analytical support to leaders at all levels.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE**
· Develops and produces reports in Power BI as required/requested.
· Maintains the productivity reports and ensures the data accuracy.
· Creates and maintains staffing matrices and related tools to aid department leaders in determining safe staffing levels within their labor budgets.
· Updates and maintains the budget labor budget templates and processes.
· Develops and conducts educational sessions to train hospital personnel in labor management.
· Maintains professional growth through participation in educational programs and professional organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ EDUCATION - Bachelor's
+ EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience
+ ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Power BI, Power Query
