Financial Advisor II (Physician/Provider Compensation) Dallas

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Financial Analyst II serves as the key financial resource and the primary party responsible for coordinating the receipt, review and submission of all physician and APP payments for the department Provides the financial analysis required to support the goals and objectives of Baylor Scott and White (BSWH).
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE**
The primary party responsible for coordinating the receipt, review and submission of all physician and APP payments for the department
Acknowledges receipt of submissions and coordinates corrections as needed prior to submitting to payroll
Reviews past submissions for discrepancies and works with submitters to correct; answers their questions as needed
Prepares payroll related reports for various organizational leaders
Oversees select compensation models from creation to payment on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Is responsible for overseeing the departmental payroll e-mail inbox
Develops and produces management reports as required/requested.
Provides financial analysis and recommendations for setting draw changes based on compensation model projections
Maintains professional growth through participation in educational programs and professional organizations and activities to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments.
Conducts compensation/payroll training for BSWH personnel as directed.
