Our customizable and comprehensive technology-enabled services, spares, and automation software enables our customers to achieve important yield, output, and cost improvements in every phase of the fab lifecycle. **We are seeking a highly skilled and results driven Finance Analyst** to join the Applied Global Services (AGS) FP&A team **Key Responsibilities** + Support quarterly and annual forecasting cycles for HC, Expense, Capex, building bridges, and providing business contextual commentary. + Develop financial models to assist with strategic decision making + Perform variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance and proposing recommendation to management and business partners. + Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and validate financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. + Provide business insights and identify risks and opportunities to drive performance improvement. + Monitor Key Performance Indicators and analyze financial performance against targets. + Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support investment decisions and competitive benchmarking. + Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency. + Maintain and develop financial reporting tools and systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility. **Qualifications/Preferences** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. + 4-6 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in a high tech or manufacturing environment. + Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Anaplan) + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. + Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely. \#LI **Qualifications** **Education:** Master's Degree **Skills:** **Certifications:** **Languages:** **Years of Experience:** 4 - 7 Years **Work Experience:** **Additional Information** **Time Type:** Full time **Employee Type:** Assignee / Regular **Travel:** Yes, 10% of the Time **Relocation Eligible:** No **U.S. Salary Range:** $106,000.00 - $146,000.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
