JOB SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst is responsible for client modeling/reporting and new strategic offers for Express Scripts’ Medical Drug Strategy. This role will work closely with clients of all types, internal finance, manufacturers and other cross functional teams to grow client and ESI value. This role will be responsible for revamping and building out tools to scale support across the enterprise for medical drug strategy.

Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma required.At least 2 years general managed care/healthcare experienceExperience evaluating and validating health care data, and tracking pricing changes for medical benefit products Background on medical drug strategy and data preferredExcellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills required; team-orientation, a proactive management style and strong commitment to client service a must; ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize, resolve complex issues, and have strong project management skills; work independently, as well as collaboratively.Intellectual curiosity and strong professional judgement. Demonstrated ability for creative analysis and creative problem-solving.Ability to handle complex analysis, from issue identification to proposal to solution implementation.Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong relationship development capabilities with ability to work effectively with Senior leadersStrong detail orientation, organization, and management of multiple parallel projects with fluid timelines. Strong ability to work independently and to lead diverse teams.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,200 - 127,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
