Financial Analysis Senior Advisor - Hybrid

Summary:

The Global Workplace (GWP) Team is seeking a dynamic Financial Analysis Senior Advisor who will be responsible for the financial performance reporting for the GWP team.  This position heavily relies on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise and will manage the submission of the real estate portfolio of over 200 domestic sites as well as the GWP administrative costs.  This Financial Analysis Senior Advisor will be responsible for timely and accurate GWP financial results and analysis to numerous teams, which include projections and actuals.  This role will also partner with the other various GWP team members, FP&A colleagues and other matrix partners.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for quarterly forecast 1PLN submissionsManage Evernorth legal entity forecast requirementsPartner with Information Technology (IT) regarding quarterly expense chargebacks for forecast reportingReport GWP results to Shared Services with required variance analysisSubmits monthly risks and opportunities to required FP&A TeamsComplete quarterly templates for U.S. Employer and Government segmentsMaintains cohorts and submits monthly Cigna Expense System (CES) redistribution table uploadsCreate necessary AORs, new expense centers and hierarchy moves through the Evernorth Declaration Governance process and HPCM Maintenance cyclesManage GWP cost pools and create new ones when deemed fitWorks with controller responsible for GWP salaries/headcount to manage travel & entertainmentPrepare monthly salaries/ Travel & Expense (T&E) analysis for leadershipManages all administrative costs for Environmental Health Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S), CBRE (3rd party vendor) salaries, admin, technology, food services, etc.,Provide Corporate Treasury forecast updatesPartner with CBRE Finance Team regarding the quarterly forecastManage integrations acquisitions and divestitures of sites and report out of segment impacts to leadership and business partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accountingMBA/Master of Finance/Accounting preferred5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis roles or a Finance/Accounting blendMust be proficient in ExcelAbility to handle complex analysis due to enterprise strategyDemonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills necessaryExcellent business and organizational skillsMust have a strategic mindset, ability to manage ambiguity and complexityAbility to drive results and thrive in a matrix environmentCross collaboration amongst internal and external teams within Cigna
