Amazon seeks a talented and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the Ads Finance Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will learn the Amazon tools and processes to conduct deep data analysis, build financial/business insights, and partner with the broader finance team to deliver results. More importantly, you have the opportunity to innovate by participating in various process improvement and automation projects that gain efficiency and enable the team to move faster.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. This role will require a can-do attitude and strong communication skills, as the candidate will need to work closely with the leadership team. Candidates should have strong independent initiative and the ability to deliver high-quality work without a lot of oversight. Key job responsibilities
• Assisting in managing central processes such as Month-End Close, Monthly Financial Reporting, Planning and Goal Setting, and Review, etc.
• Performing ad-hoc deep dives and analyses.
• Building financial models and reports in Excel and streamline requests
• Partnering with Business Intelligence Engineers in driving automation projects.

Ads Finance FP&A is the finance team that serves as the central connection point between the various Advertising Product Finance teams, and between Amazon Advertising and other Amazon businesses.
