This role is responsible for design and creation of new automation solutions and maintenance of already existing solutions in selected tools (UiPath, Power Platform, VBA, etc.) for finance teams e.g. Treasury, Payroll, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and others. Cooperates with other innovation members and IT department. This role actively participates in internal trainers’ community and provides regular trainings for selected tools ( e.g. MS Excel, Power Platform tools, VBA, etc.) This role does not have any direct reports and reports to Automation s Development and Governance Manager. Responsibilities: + Consult, design and create a utomation solutions and enhancements + Provide support and maintenance of existing automatization solutions + Collaborate with wider finance teams to support them or to gain their support on a cross departmental projects + Cooperate with IT department in necessary design and maintenance tasks + Continually seeking new knowledge and skills as well as developing existing capabilities of self + Provide regular updates to Innovation Lead s, Ops Optimization manager and finance department heads with status updates on automation solutions in development + Serve as solution advisor for other finance teams when considering and designing new solutions + Be an active member of an internal trainer community and share your knowledge to other colleagues. Qualifications: + 0-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance. + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is plus. + Strong analytical abilities and debugging/troubleshooting skills . + Power Platform, Robotics Process Automation, VBA, Scripts, JAVA and other tools knowledge is plus. + Experience with a computer based accounting systems e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion ERP eneral is plus. + Knowledge of finance and shared services operations and principles is a plus + Experience with ERP systems is a plus. + Advanced Excel and database skills + Written and Verbal communication in English B2 + Confident at working to deadlines Benefits: + Meal allowance of 90,- CZK/worked day + Fruit days + 2 Volunteer days paid off + ZEN education platform + Dress for your day - Choose attire that fits your personal style and your day To protect candidates from falling victim to online fraudulent activity involving fake job postings and employment offers, please be aware our recruiters will always connect with you via @zebra.com (https://www.zebra.com/ap/en.html) email accounts.
