Job Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Finance Director, you will partner with the business and cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing spending is efficient. You will help enhance and further the innovative marketing spend process and technology. You will also provide finance support to the Marketing COE and Brand Marketing teams. You will provide actionable business analytics and recommendations to management, from both a financial and strategic lens. May perform business analytics, AOP & Strat Plan, monthly forecasting, assist in monthly closes process, risk & opportunity planning, metrics & scorecards, and ad-hoc analyses. Minimum 3 years related experience.
Position Responsibilities
Be a partner for the cross functional teams on accounting and finance related questions. This will involve the ability to assess business needs and resolve risks and opportunities.Responsible for forecast inputs into the financial planning system and work with management to validate accuracy and reasonableness of data.Analyze monthly variances between actual results, current forecast, plan and prior yearSummarize results and communicate with Management and cross functional groups by providing specific, actionable, and forward-looking commentary on the changes and provide guidance on potential riskEnsure that all marketing spend has proper documentation and is forecasted to support monthly accruals.Help develop the annual operating planHelp develop management reports through knowledge of the following systems: Business Intelligence, SAP R/3 and BPC.Position QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree required3+ years of professional general business and financial experienceExperience in P&L management, along with knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts.Experience working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge.Experience with Power BI, SAP or other software tools preferred.At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized in the United States without requiring sponsorship either now or in the future.Number of Days in Office: 3
