The role we are offering you:

As part of the Finance team of the Products, Aftermarket Services and Customer Service – Civil (CPACS) division, under the direction of the CPACS Finance Manager, you will assume responsibility for the preparation and analysis of financial information. Are you ready to:

Analyze the revenue recognition criteria and conclude on the appropriate accounting treatment under IFRS;Communicate important accounting information by writing memos;Actively participate in month-end closing activities;Collaborate in the external audit processParticipate in the implementation of new accounting standards;Interact with the various groups (consolidation, taxation, treasury, internal audit, corporate group, etc.) to respond to ad hoc requests for information;Prepare the reconciliation of balance sheet items for the various accounts;Produce monthly reports and analyzes to back up the group's results that are being presented to managers.Perform financial analysis and recommend solutions to identified problems;Contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions related to various processes;Participate in pilot projects for process optimization, including the integration of artificial intelligence.

Our ideal candidate has:

University degree in accounting or finance;Professional accounting certification (CPA or equivalent);Minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience;Ability to address complex accounting and finance issues;Sense of initiative;Decision-making and critical thinking skills;Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a results-based environment.Good interpersonal and relationship management skills;Experience in a consulting firm is an asset.Good knowledge of Oracle, HFM, and/or Hyperion Planning systems an asset.
