We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting the department’s clinical, research, and education missions. In this role, you will provide financial support, including running monthly/quarterly financial reports, projections, and reconciling accounts. Using Excel, you will analyze data and create reports featuring pivot tables, graphs, and pie charts. You will provide specialized financial, accounting, and analytical expertise, ensuring the effective management of resources and compliance with University policies, procedures, and regulations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of administrative frameworks and business office systems, while actively participating in the creation of long-term goals, strategic action plans, and budgets.

Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. UCLA Health hourly range for this position is $30.56 – $60.82/hr. Please note the department’s: $30.56 – $45.69/hr.
