Key Responsibilities: + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages to support budgeting and forecasting. + Analyze business performance, identifying trends and opportunities for cost optimization. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support external audits and compliance needs. + Build and maintain financial models, focusing on profitability and return on investment (ROI). + Provide strategic input for pricing analysis, product forecasting, and market research. + Assist with ad hoc financial analyses requested by senior leadership. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. + 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment. + Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with FP& A systems or ERPs. + Strong analytical mindset with the ability to effectively interpret large datasets. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure setting.
