Key Responsibilities: + Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive financial models to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities. + Deliver accurate forecasts, analyze trends, and track key performance indicators to drive operational insights. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create annual budgets and perform variance analysis, clearly outlining opportunities and risks. + Prepare and present detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. + Provide insights into operational efficiency, offering recommendations to reduce costs and boost profitability. + Support critical financial processes such as capital expenditure planning and long-range financial forecasting. + Leverage tools like Excel, SQL, or advanced systems like Power BI or Tableau to streamline analyses and reporting. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. + Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. + Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivots, macros, and data modeling, are a must. + Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is a plus. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial results to non-financial stakeholders clearly and concisely.
