This role will be based in our Irving, TX office. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

ResponsibilitiesThe Financial Analyst will play a contributing role in all aspects of financial analysis for multiple business units within W. R. Berkley Corporation, including Berkley Southwest. The Financial Analyst will have frequent interaction with business unit management teams and function leaders and will perform an interesting mix of core responsibilities and assist with key initiatives. The Financial Analyst will have an ownership and continuous improvement mindset, with the opportunity to utilize technology to enhance efficiencies and optimally review and analyze key performance indicators.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration3+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience3+ years of financial systems experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office products and advanced Excel skillsBasic understanding of data structure, data mining and reporting processesWhat makes you stand out:
