Financial Analyst
  Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games. This role will be responsible for providing financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing key financial data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, data analytics, power bi, and industry-specific trends to help optimize operational and financial performance.
  Key Responsibilities Conduct financial analysis, including revenue and expense forecasting, profitability assessments, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and operational improvements. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance. Monitor and evaluate revenue streams, cost structures, and financial trends within the family entertainment industry. Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior management. Support pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and capital investment decisions with data-driven insights. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and other departments to drive profitability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.
  Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or retail industry. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques. Strong knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite). Proficient in Power-Bi Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting. Why Join Us?
