Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for analyzing financial data, building models, and delivering actionable insights. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our organization’s financial operations and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights that support decision-making. • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to forecast and evaluate business performance. • Perform job costing analysis to ensure accurate allocation of expenses and resources. • Utilize data mining techniques to extract meaningful information from various systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing financial findings for stakeholders. • Manage accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. • Work with accounting software systems, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, to streamline workflows. • Conduct variance analyses and recommend improvements to enhance financial efficiency. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field. • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. • Strong knowledge of accounting functions, including job costing. • Experience with accounting software systems, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. • Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
