Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Tulsa, OK

Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $80000 - $85000 annually
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

System One is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst. This role is critical in developing and maintaining cost accounting data, interpreting financial and statistical information, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll work closely with both financial and clinical leadership, playing an essential role in shaping operational efficiency and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, reconcile, and validate detailed cost accounting data to ensure accurate financial insights.

Analyze and interpret complex financial and statistical information; prepare advanced, data-driven reports for internal stakeholders.

Maintain and support decision support systems (such as Oracle and Premier), with a focus on data integration and system performance.

Prepare and distribute daily operations reports, including volume and labor productivity metrics.

Assist in monthly financial close: review journal entries, perform reconciliations, and conduct variance analyses.

Contribute to strategic projects such as ROI analyses, proformas for capital requests, and department-level budget creation.

Engage with department leaders and executive teams in regular meetings to review and enhance financial performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in a healthcare financial setting preferred.

Strong skills in data analysis, financial reporting, and decision support tools.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
