Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications like CFA or CPA are a plus). + 2–5 years of financial analysis or related experience preferred. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling, etc.) and financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion). + Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Strong written and verbal communication skills to present financial data clearly and effectively. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on meeting deadlines. + Understand the relationship between P& L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, accruals and expenses. Preferred Skills: + Experience in managing pricing, promotional/trade spend or marketing budgets. + 2-3 years of financial experience in CPG company + Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting financial insights. + Experience in financial services, corporate finance, or similar industries. + Proven ability to streamline financial reporting processes and implement best practices.
