The Headlines:

 

In the Financial Analyst role based in Milwaukee, you will be a key member of the Record to Report (RTR) Accounting team. In this role, you will provide specialized tax support and contribute to process improvements across various functions. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with sales and use tax regulations, supporting tax reporting and analysis, and driving efficiencies through ongoing migration and transformation initiatives. 

 

This position reports to the GBS Team Lead – Non Alc and works closely with Supply Chain and other Finance teams. 

 

The Responsibilities:  

Collaborate with customers and business partners to gather tax-related data, assess business processes, and provide recommendations that support compliance and operational efficiency Apply tax accounting principles and internal control knowledge to deliver timely, accurate, and objective financial and tax information Utilize financial and tax analysis techniques to advise business units and contribute to strategic decision-making Review, evaluate, and prioritize tax-related tasks and projects, communicating key issues and risks to management Support GBS migration and integration efforts, ensuring tax processes are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with broader business And other assigned duties. 

 

 

 

The Qualifications:
 

You have a relative 4-year degree and at least 3 years of accounting or tax accounting experience You have solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls (CPA or CMA preferred) You have strong Excel skills and experience with financial software (SAP, BOBJ, PowerBI Experience working on continuous improvement initiatives across cross functional teams You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  Ability to work in virtual teams, matrixed organization, and fast paced environment You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow   You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent relationships within the business

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $68,500.00 - $89,900.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
