Numerator is currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Finance Team, reporting to the Manager of FP&A. This multi-department-facing position will offer opportunities to drive better business partnering and insights, while also growing your communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the Sales, Services and Product teams in the reporting and planning processes and deliver value-added analysis to our stakeholders. You must have a love for numbers and problem-solving, and want to make a positive impact with your work. What You’ll Do: Assist the Finance team and other functional department leaders in key business projects and initiatives Play an active role in the development of annual business plans and budgets, periodic strategic and long-range planning and other ad hoc analyses and reports Contribute to the development and maintenance of models, forecasts and key business metrics, utilizing our financial systems Identify and understand the impact of variances to the annual plan and forecasts Develop understanding of key business drivers, environmental factors and expense levers, and their financial and operational impact to the overall company Work directly with cross-functional business leaders to gather, analyze, summarize and prepare recommendations regarding operating forecasts and trended future requirements Prepare and maintain the company’s services resource planning model and act as the key communication link between services leadership and finance  Analyze large data sets to produce actionable information and recommendations Support M&A activity and integrations of acquired businesses Assist with the month-end close process and monthly reporting package
