Benefits & Perks:Immediate temporary opportunity as a Financial Analyst in the Healthcare field in Winnipeg Onsite position Monday to Friday 8 am to 430 pmPotential to extendResponsibilities:Identify and make recommendations for improvements to the efficiency of the financial services, processes and proceduresCreate financial reports and support for financial forecasting, budget maintenance and reporting metrics trackingRequest month-end financial transactions Review accounts and expense accruals Analyze financial variances affecting cost centres and ensure they are accurately reported in a timely manner Other accounting duties as assigned Qualifications:3 plus years of progressive experience in accounting and finance in a corporate setting and or as a Financial Analyst Post-secondary education in Accounting and Finance, or Business Administration; a combination of education and experience may be considered 2 years experience with financial reporting, financial analysis and forecasting, and operational metrics tracking Experience with SAP and/or Great Plains is requiredCriminal record check required
