Description We are assisting a dynamic manufacturing company in Downtown San Diego in their search for a talented Financial Analyst. This role is pivotal in providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance the overall financial performance of the organization. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform management decisions. + Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. + Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement. + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency. + Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a financial analyst, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, as well as Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
