As a Financial Analyst at BSL, you’ll work closely with our Finance and Sales teams to manage revenue and analyze operations for over 30 senior housing communities. You’ll provide key financial insights and recommendations to help us stay competitive and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Finance and Sales to create pricing strategies that keep us competitive and optimize revenue.

Manage resident concessions to ensure they align with our occupancy and revenue goals.

Help with revenue forecasting by working with the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to align forecasts with trends.

Monitor market rates and suggest adjustments to improve financial performance.

Oversee annual resident rate increases and communicate changes to residents while ensuring alignment with market trends.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and Finance to manage staffing levels and ensure they meet budget and operational needs.

Oversee staff scheduling and conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Prepare labor reports and forecasts to assist leadership in making informed staffing and cost decisions.

What you should bring to the role

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in finance operations or financial planning (FP&A).

Strong Excel skills, including building financial models.

Experience in real estate or healthcare is a bonus.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
