JEVS Human Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. JEVS Human Services has 1,000 employees and two dozen successful programs providing skills development, job readiness & career services, vocational rehabilitation, recovery services, adult residential and community participation services, and in-home personal assistance. As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for all aspects of operational financial management and performance evaluation, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and accounts receivable administration of assigned program departments. Essential component is the collaboration and support of program directors with a focus on customer service and professionalism. This role is hybrid, at least 3 days onsite required weekly. Job Duties : Accounting and reporting for program operations in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including variance vs. budget and other performance analyses as appropriate. Ensure timely and accurate funder invoicing processes where applicable as well as timely and accurate reporting to third parties as required. Support Senior Finance leadership, both directly and through team, in timely delivery of requirements related to monthly, quarterly, and year- end financial reporting and audit. Timely reporting the of aged accounts receivable to Program Director and Finance department. Fully support all Business Development new program initiatives, including the timely preparation of all appropriate analyses, projections, budgets, and proposals. Collaborate with program and Information Technology team members in implementation and ongoing support of accounting – related capabilities of program software, including interfaces to the general ledger.
