**Overview of the Position Responsibilities** : This will be a hybrid role based in Denver, CO. The Financial Analyst will play a key role on the FP&A Team. This dynamic role will help support Bluepeak’s growth strategy through financial modeling and reporting, emphasizing working with financial systems and conducting data analysis. **What You Will Do:**
+ Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights into revenue and operating expenses
+ Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
+ Support the development of financial budgets and forecasts
+ Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
+ Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using tools like Excel, Workday Adaptive Planning, and BI tools
+ Support the automation of financial processes and reporting using advanced finance and data analysis tools
+ Support cross-functional projects and initiatives
**What You Will Need:**
+ 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, data analysis, or a related role
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
+ Upon job offer, must be able to complete a background check and a drug test prior to employment
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ A collaborative working style and strong attention to detail
+ Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
+ Experience using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus
+ Knowledge of the Telecom Industry or subscription-based revenue preferred
Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000
