As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

What You Will Get To Do:

Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports on financial performance.Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.Monitor and analyze budget variances and trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data.Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large data sets.Leverage Hyperion, HFM and Essbase for data entry, analysis and reporting.Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.2 - 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and presentation skills.

Core Technical Skills:

MS Excel: Advanced proficiency, including pivot tables, index match, xlookup, macros (VBA) and other complex formulas.Hyperion, HFM and Essbase: Experience in data entry, analysis and reporting.Power BI: Proficiency in creating dashboards, data visualizations, and reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday ERP system and financial software.
