What You Will Do
We’re looking for a motivated Financial Analyst with strong FP&A expertise to drive financial optimization through digital technologies, accurate forecasting, and insightful analysis. In this role, you’ll leverage critical thinking, a deep understanding of financial statements, and problem-solving skills to create impactful financial models and identify key opportunities for cost savings and efficiency. Working closely with IT, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Supply Chain, you’ll deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Strategic Business Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in Sales, Sales Ops, R&D, and Product Development, offering actionable insights and guidance.
Financial Stewardship: Manage accounting and finance functions, including month-end close, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Clearly communicate the story behind the numbers and key business drivers.
Data-Driven Forecasting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, build reliable forecasts, and proactively highlight opportunities and risks in financial plans and budgets.
FP&A Leadership: Lead complex financial modeling, create forecasts for bookings, revenue, and churn, and use data analysis to evaluate business performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights for management.
Strategic Reporting: Contribute to data analysis, due diligence, and creation of financial materials for quarterly business reviews.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and create reports using BI tools, partnering with IT to support digital transformation.
Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment on financial data, forecasts, and insights.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, showing a proven record of driving change and achieving results.
Analytical Excellence: Critical thinker with strong Finance and Accounting expertise, advanced analytical abilities, and sound reasoning skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and experienced with Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar tool), ERP systems (Oracle and Netsuite preferred) and BI tools.
Proactive & Strategic: A “roll-up-your-sleeves” self-starter who excels in both detail-oriented tasks and strategic thinking.
Independent & Organized: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously in dynamic environments with minimal guidance.
Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships across all organizational levels.
Industry Experience: Proven track record in high-growth environments within the Hardware and Software industries.
Preferred Expertise: Hands-on experience in Hardware, SaaS, and HaaS models is a strong plus.
