We currently have a great opportunity for a Financial Analyst. This position will have an active role in monthly reporting and analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and ad hoc financial modeling projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports to senior management.Assist in organizing and managing the budgeting and forecasting process.Ability to understand relationships between various data attributes and underlying detail to combine separate data sets together for complete analyses.Prepare analytical reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies.Coordinate and manage monthly financial reviews with various departments and communicate findings to senior management in a clear manner.Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reporting and financial models as needed.Ability to multi-task and manage timelines effectively.Talent Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Three (3)+ years’ experience in analytical roles, supporting decisions and managing data.Demonstrated use of advanced business modeling methods and statistical analysisAbility to clearly and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally. Can clearly articulate sophisticated financial concepts to a broad spectrum of internal usersStrong analytical reasoning skills.Organized - able to juggle multiple competing projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of detail-orientation and accuracy.Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.High level of flexibility and adaptability to meet rapidly changing challenges in a dynamic environment.Proficient with Windows and related PC applications. Advanced Excel skills. Experience using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SalesForce.com, Lawson, or Trapeze a plus.Ability to work as a member of a team.Starting Salary Range: $75,000 - $83,200
