Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring, maintaining, and reviewing financial records, corporate guidelines, and workflows.

Analyzing financial trends, variances, and risks to support business objectives (Forecast, Budget, and actuals).

Preparing periodic reports with financial results.

Designing, creating, and implementing tools or systems to optimize data analysis and enable the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

Close collaboration with and support to business units for management reporting, financial analysis, and providing recommendations.

Supporting various business areas with the management of the planning system (Authorization Levels, creation of structures, data review, training, etc.).

Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and adopting best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or similar roles.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for collaboration in an international environment.

Familiarity with financial monitoring frameworks and KPI development.

SAP experience.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in automation or digitalization projects is a plus.
