Pay Rate: $81 Location: Calgary AB Job Type: Contract Our client, a large energy producer in Canada, is looking to add a Financial Analyst to their team for an initial 1 year contract. This role is hybrid in Calgary.

Responsibilities Include: Monthly accounting and reconciliation for light oil refined products. Compile and present Performance Measurement Reporting. Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast. Support planning, budgeting, and ERP budget recording. Provide commentary on commodity trading results. Drive back-office process changes and improvements. Assist in month-end close and post-divestiture strategy implementation. Identify and manage operational risks in Downstream accounting. Qualifications Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Successful completion of a recognized accounting designation (CPA/CA) Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Financial Analyst.
