The Financial Analyst will join our fast-growing team and organization, becoming a valuable business partner responsible for providing analytical insights and solutions to areas requiring analysis of business and financial activities. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in conjunction with annual planning, forecasting, ad hoc analysis, and project support. You will develop strong relationships with business partners, and you will challenge your business partners by helping them stay current on performance, influence with facts and data, and help drive disciplined financial outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Work with business leaders to develop annual operating plan, decision modeling, reporting and ad-hoc analysis Build financial tools and models to help advance the business Prepare and manage the day-to-day inputs for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management level reporting. Build strong cross functional relationships; effectively convey financial information to business leaders Prepare and analyze revenues, expense management, utilization, and headcount across global lines of business. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results to forecasts, providing explanations of material variances and giving timely insights on trends, business drivers, and emerging risks and opportunities. Leverage technology to streamline, automate and improve reporting activities through systems such as: NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Adaptive Insights and Power BI. Prepares and leads monthly cost center expense reviews with business leadersQualifications:
Software / SaaS industry experience Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field 3+ years of corporate financial experience required Experience working for a fast-paced growing company Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive, with the desire to grow and learn Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally at various levels within a company Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills Attention to accuracy and detail required Proficient in Microsoft Excel Ability to travel to Minneapolis office 1X per month and located within driving distance of office locationProvation has a culture of CARES:
