You track a company's financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to build, forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports! **How You’ll Make anImpact (responsibilities)** + Ensure transparent and comprehensive controllingwithin the Business Unit, managing key processes such as forecasting,budgeting, month-end closing, and performance reviews, while optimizing KPIsand processes to meet business needs. + Oversee Month-End Closing activities, ensuringcompliance with IFRS standards and maintaining auditable books and records. + Lead the planning processes, including monthlyforecasts and the annual budgeting cycle, to ensure accurate financial planningand alignment with business goals. + Prepare and deliver monthly controlling reports,including headcount, cost center controlling, productivity, warranty reserves,and new order reports. + Support balance sheet reconciliations for specificaccounts, such as AR, BIE/CIE, and AP, while assisting with internal andexternal audits. + Drive digital transformation in controlling byimplementing modern tools, enhancing reporting processes, and promotingdigitalization initiatives through employee training and project support. **What You Bring (requirements)** + BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field required. + 4+ years of accounting/finance experience is required. + Expert-level financial, interpersonal, analytical, and digital literacyrequired.
