This role is responsible for providing analysis and support to the plant leadership teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analysis of operational performance with a particular focus on standardized reporting, trend analysis and product profitability. In this highly visible role, the ideal candidate will partner with members of the Operations Team and directly impact and improve the financial performance of the plants.

Support the annual operating plan process, working with Plant Managers and Accounting to build out material, labor, and overhead expense Gain in-depth knowledge of raw material cost trends, plant labor markets, and general cost drivers to improve product margins Coordinate with commercial finance and pricing teams to ensure pricing is adjusted accordingly (margin management) Coordinate with Plant Managers to understand material usage variances and support improvement efforts Maintain and enhance reporting and tools that highlight potential risks and opportunities Partner with accounting team during monthly close process to ensure variances are properly accounted for Support sales team during RFP processes \n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related Business field. (Course work should include intermediate Accounting and Cost Accounting) At least 3+ years of experience • Manufacturing experience is a plus Clearly understand integrated financial systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) Good written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills Proven analytical and financial skills, demonstrated strong economic thinking, and understanding of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet Excellent business partnership skills Must be flexible in a dynamic environment and have the ability to adjust priorities Assist in change management, processes improvement, and solving problems \n
