Here’s what you’ll do:
Routinely communication to SBU results compared to budget and internal initiatives via report generation, meetings, presentations, and organizational reviews.Support profitability growth through constant reviews of business pertaining to operational efficiencies, resource planning, cost and revenue forecasting.Complete month end activities including monthly forecasting.Design new metrics and prepare reports to monitor forecast accurately and analyze all trends.Development of financial reporting tools and process efficiency implementationProvided analysis, insights and guidance to allow business leaders to design, implement and measure profitable business strategies, enhance cost efficiencies, and improve quality.Conduct regular meetings with key report users to review existing reports, business needs, assess gaps, identify data issues, and areas for improvement.Develop presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and achievements from CRM applications.Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.Compile statistical data and write narrative reports summarizing findings resulting from root cause analysis and corrective actions addressing systemic performance issues to improve quality, operational effectiveness, handle times and overall efficiency across all metrics.Identify and report performance trends and opportunities for improvement and monitor unusual occurrences, report follow-up procedures, and report monthly and year-to-date and year-over-year comparisons.XYZ.

Do you qualify?
· Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance or related experience.· CPA designation is an asset.· Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar.· Excellent communications skills (written & verbal) and the ability to work with customers in challenging situations is required.· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.· High level of accuracy and thoroughness in financial analysis and reporting.
