Summary of Role

Your role will be focused on financial analysis and reporting: you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing data to identify key trends, and providing insights to inform decision-making. You’ll assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring performance against targets, while also supporting cash flow and liquidity management. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals, identify opportunities for cost savings, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You’ll work closely with senior analysts and other stakeholders to continuously improve financial processes and reporting.

In this role, you’ll find a chance to:

Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers and provide insights into performance.Assist in the consolidation of financial statements for both internal and external reporting purposes.Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering relevant data and building financial models.Monitor actual performance against the budget, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Analyze financial data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, helping inform business decisions.Update and build financial models to provide actionable insights for decision-making processes.Collaborate with senior analysts on ad-hoc data analysis requests, contributing to team efforts.Assist with tracking cash flow forecasts and managing liquidity analysis to support financial stability.Help prepare cash flow projections and support working capital management for business operations.Track departmental expenditures and revenues, ensuring transparency, accurate allocation, and cost control.Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements while fostering a culture of inclusivity and shared success.Ensure financial records are maintained in line with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and addressing audit inquiries in a collaborative manner.Work closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure alignment on financial targets and goals.Continuously enhance financial analysis and reporting processes, embracing diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to continuously improve financial performance.

About Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in business finance within an international company, preferably.Proficiency in English required.Knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial statement preparation.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
