As a Financial Analyst, you will contribute to the monthly reporting under US GAAP and local statutory reporting. **Job Responsibilities** + Work closely with KL Shared Service Centre for month end closing activities and prepare monthly reporting package + Engage with KL Shared Service Centre to manage payment process, travel and expenses to ensure queries raised by internal customers and vendors are resolved in timely basis + Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors. + Support FP&A team on monthly forecast, actual vs budget review and ad-hoc request from regional team + Use aggregate data from multiple sources to generate reports. + Support in liaising with statutory auditors, tax agents and other external parties. Prepare draft financial statements and support ad-hoc financial review with regional team + Prepare quarterly GST filing and responsible for quarterly compliance reporting + Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation preparation and analysis + Support in SOX and internal process improvement projects + Other administrative activities **Requirements** + Diploma/Degree in Accounting with 3 years working experience.
