Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Assistant to serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing them with timely and accurate data regarding their special districts. You will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, manage databases, track finances, and perform calculations of taxes and assessments. Other duties will include:
Provide clients with timely and accurate data regarding their special districts.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Manage databases and track financial information.
Perform calculations of taxes and assessments.
Analyze and manipulate large and complex data sets.
Interpret legislative code sections related to government and taxation requirements.
Review and analyze legal documents related to Bonds of special districts.
Track current financial data and alert stakeholders in case of deviation.
Perform spatial analysis and interpret maps.
Identify potential issues, problems, or liabilities.
Analyze historical and current data.
