What You Will Do
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a strong background in accounting or finance to join our dynamic Corporate FP&A team. Month end closing and reporting responsibilities, including journal entries and reconciliationsReview operational metrics and KPIs to ensure performance is measured appropriately.Participate in various expense planning and reporting activities, including actual performance, forecasting, budgeting, and long term planningConsistently seek value-add to current process, information system, and operationsProactive role in providing financial feedback

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldAND 2-4 years of experience in finance or a related fieldOR a combination of related education and relevant work experienceProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAdvanced-level Excel/Google Sheets capabilitiesExcellent analytical skills to business drivers and interpret financial results Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively all levels, get key messages across succinctly, and work with multiple stakeholders Track record demonstrating accountability and ownershipStrong reporting skills, display key information and convey messages clearly, concisely, and with impactBusiness intelligence software experience such as Domo, Power BI, TableauExperience with supporting a combination of software engineering organizations, IT, and business systems organizations is a plus
