Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of month-end and ad-hoc financial reporting. This position requires strong financial analysis skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a growing team.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present month-end and ad-hoc financial reports.Coordinate and perform multiple transactional tasks in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, human capital management, and cost adjustments.Review costs, quantity claiming, budget structure, and exception reports to ensure accurate reporting for management.Identify, adjust, and review forecast and budget issues with the cost report to confirm proper recognition of cost and revenue.Display first-rate customer service skills, maintain a positive attitude, and offer assistance to team members.Build effective, collaborative relationships through active listening, strong communication skills, agile thinking, and proactive action.Maintain a highly organized work environment, understand the importance of time management, and communicate clearly and effectively.Create and maintain process documentation.Essential SkillsStrong financial analysis skills.Experience with month-end and cost analysis.Proficiency in financial reporting.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.2+ years of financial/data analysis experience.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to speak and understand financial language.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.Some accounting background preferred.Professional experience with a mature approach and good attendance.Strong desire to take on more work and grow within the company.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.Work Environment
The role requires onsite presence for the first 90 days, after which a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 remote flex days is available. The office is located in La Vista, NE, in a building with amenities such as a Starbucks, pickleball courts, and a cafeteria. Most employees work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.
