About the Opportunity The Financial Analyst is key in supporting Driscoll’s of the Americas (DOTA) business unit by delivering strategic financial analysis and reporting to the supply chain and finance teams. This position is integral to the annual financial planning process, providing insights into financial and operational drivers that inform the annual budget. Responsibilities include forecasting, monthly variance analysis, capital management, and report preparation, all essential for identifying business risks and opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cost control through continuous process improvement and influencing decision-making across all leadership levels within the DOTA organization. This position is part of the Finance team and reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager for Supply Chain.
