Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Reading, Pennsylvania. As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, involved in various aspects of financial analysis, forecasting, sales reporting, and managing rebate and commission programs. Your role will also encompass project management and providing support to the Americas Finance Department. Responsibilities: • Accurately manage and perform the monthly closing process, including reconciliation of sales and financial data. • Maintain comprehensive databases of sales and expense information. • Distribute the monthly sales reporting to the field. • Prepare and manage the rebate and commission reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, as well as ensure timely payments. • Utilize predictive analytics to assist the Marketing and Sales Departments in planning future rebate and commission programs. • Collaborate with the business and IT teams to implement new processes and reporting in programs such as Power BI and Sales Force. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed. • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and Corporate Policies in all financial reporting and transactions. • Utilize accounting software systems and tools such as ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, and SAP to facilitate your work.
