Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Reading, Pennsylvania. As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, involved in various aspects of financial analysis, forecasting, sales reporting, and managing rebate and commission programs. Your role will also encompass project management and providing support to the Americas Finance Department.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage and perform the monthly closing process, including reconciliation of sales and financial data.
• Maintain comprehensive databases of sales and expense information.
• Distribute the monthly sales reporting to the field.
• Prepare and manage the rebate and commission reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, as well as ensure timely payments.
• Utilize predictive analytics to assist the Marketing and Sales Departments in planning future rebate and commission programs.
• Collaborate with the business and IT teams to implement new processes and reporting in programs such as Power BI and Sales Force.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and Corporate Policies in all financial reporting and transactions.
• Utilize accounting software systems and tools such as ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, and SAP to facilitate your work.

• Perform other accounting functions as necessary, including accrual accounting, auditing, budget processes, and capital management.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary
• Must be adept in using CRM
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is essential
• Familiarity with Data Mining Techniques is a plus
• Ability to manage Accounting Functions efficiently is required
• Understanding of Accrual Accounting procedures is necessary
• Experience in Auditing is a must
• Knowledge of Budget Processes is essential
• Experience in Capital Management is highly desirable
• Proficiency in SAP is required
