Financial Analyst
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the Healthcare/NHS industry located in Brentwood, Tennessee, United States. The chosen individual will be tasked with analyzing and reporting financial data, assisting in budgeting processes, and providing valuable insights to senior management. Responsibilities • Compile and scrutinize financial data, discerning patterns and providing actionable insights. • Regularly generate comprehensive reports on financial performance. • Collaborate with finance team members to review and forecast financial information. • Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes. • Leverage financial modeling to simulate various financial scenarios. • Appraise capital expenditures and asset depreciation. • Propose improvements based on trends in financial performance. • Utilize financial analysis software to expedite the financial analysis process. • Furnish senior management with insights surrounding financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability. • Use accounting software systems and ERP solutions for effective financial management. • Handle accounting functions and manage expense reporting. • Utilize software like Tableau and PeopleSoft to enhance financial data analysis and reporting. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a healthcare or NHS setting. • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems for financial management. • Demonstrable experience with CapEx in a healthcare financial environment. • Knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. • Familiarity with various ERP Solutions tailored for the healthcare industry. • Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) software for accounting and financial functions. • Proficiency in using About Time software for time tracking and management. • Solid understanding of Accounting Functions within the healthcare industry. • In-depth knowledge of Budget Processes in a healthcare or NHS setting. • Experience with Expense Reporting, including creation, management, and analysis. • Strong Finance skills, with an emphasis on healthcare finance. • Proficiency in using Tableau for data visualization and analysis. • Experience with PeopleSoft for managing financials, human resources, and supply chain. • Skills in Excel VBA for automating tasks, analyzing data, and managing information.
