What you’ll be doing:

\n\nSupport month-end close, forecasting, planning, and ad hoc analysis for finance leadership.\nServe as a Hyperion Essbase SME, assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements. Prior Essbase experience is preferred but not required.\nConsolidate financial results and forecasts for corporate functions.\nCollaborate with the manager to prepare review materials for presentations to business and finance leaders.\nPromote a positive and collaborative team environment, actively engaging in training, mentoring, and self-development opportunities.\nIdentify, propose, and implement process improvements across departments, driving innovation in financial and operational workflows.\nDevelop and present solutions to business and financial challenges using a combination of analytical tools and expertise.

What you need:

\n\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems or related field.\n3-5 years of relevant business or analytical experience.\n1+ years of relevant Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and/or SmartView experience is plus.\nAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools such as Excel including arrays and advanced formulas (Power Query and SQL knowledge is a plus).\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly.\nExcellent problem-solving skills (ability to troubleshoot Tier 1 Hyperion Essbase issues is preferred).\nProven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
