Position Description: The Financial Analyst reports to the Financial Analysis Manager and is responsible for preparing financial analysis, projections and forecasts for the company and monitoring actual results and trends. Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis: + Assisting in budget preparation and forecasting. + Developing variance analysis models to compare actual results against budgets. + Identifying trends in financial performance and recommending improvements. Pricing & Cost Management: + Preparing financial analysis and pricing models. + Maintaining and updating the Client-Side Pricing Tool. + Finding the cost of operations (e.g., standard costing, data collection). + Drug cost control and reporting. Reporting & Analysis: + Preparing reports, analysis, and presentations for management and customers. + Gathering information for project viability analysis (CAPEX Committee). + Coordinating with IT for report creation and validation for business analysis. Accounting Support: + Providing support during the monthly accounting closing cycle. Data Reconciliation & Integrity: + Reconciling transactions by comparing and correcting data. System & Tool Maintenance: + Coordinating with IT the necessary programming and testing of the Client-Side Pricing Tool. Professional Development: + Maintaining technical knowledge through workshops, publications (NCPDP), etc. Confidentiality & Teamwork: + Protecting the confidentiality of financial information. + Contributing to team efforts as needed. Qualifications + Expert Knowledge in MS Office, mainly Excel and Power BI. + Basic SQL knowledge and Access, preferred. + Fully bilingual English and Spanish. + Strong analytical skills and great presentation skills. + Good oral and written communication skills. + Excellent time management and organizational ability. + Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines. + Adaptability to changing structures and situations. Education + BBA majors in Finance or Accounting.
