Description We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Tustin, California. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to our financial planning and analysis efforts, support project-based work, and provide valuable insights to influence our decision-making process. Responsibilities: • Deliver accurate and detailed financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis • Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure the precision and compliance of all reports • Analyze financial performance by comparing and contrasting actual results with budgets, forecasts, and trends, and offer actionable recommendations based on these findings • Assist in the refinement and development of the annual budget • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to aid in key business decisions and initiatives • Contribute to projects aimed at improving processes and automation, with the goal of enhancing efficiency and reporting accuracy • Make use of accounting software systems and data mining techniques to optimize financial analysis • Leverage your knowledge of accrual accounting, auditing, and budget processes to support various accounting functions • Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports in managing and analyzing customer data • Employ your skills in capital management and ADP - Financial Services to boost financial operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable. • Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary. • Ability to use Crystal Reports is a must. • Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques is essential. • Strong understanding and experience in Accounting Functions is required. • Proficiency in Accrual Accounting is needed. • Experience in Auditing is crucial. • Familiarity with Budget Processes is necessary. • Experience in Capital Management is desirable.
