Description We are in search of a Financial Analyst to become part of our team. This role will be based in Irvine, California, 92606, United States and involves working with our Financial Planning and Analysis Team. The Financial Analyst will be instrumental in monthly and quarterly financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and supporting various projects. This role will provide valuable business insights to help guide decision-making processes. Responsibilities: • Contribute to the creation and improvement of annual budgets • Conduct various financial analyses to support decision-making processes and key business initiatives • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans, forecasts, and trends, and providing recommendations • Participate in projects to improve processes and automate for increased efficiency and reporting accuracy • Collaborate with the accounting team to create and update monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring their accuracy and compliance • Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial reports • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Process customer credit applications in an accurate and efficient manner • Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required • Must possess CRM skills • Experience with Crystal Reports is beneficial • Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques is desirable • Understanding of Accounting Functions is mandatory • Must have a grasp of Accrual Accounting • Prior experience in Auditing is important • Familiarity with Budget Processes is required • Knowledge of Capital Management is a key requirement Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
