What You’ll Do: + Analyze and report sales volumes relative to budgets, and forecasts. + Create and distribute weekly performance dashboards. + Monitor price and cost variances to ensure profitability. + Collaborate with Sales to provide cost and profit analysis for materials. + Support technical development efforts with material costings. + Prepare annual budgets, monthly cash flow forecasts, and freight analyses. + Maintain Drive key processes like month-end close and index-based pricing updates in SAP. What You Bring: + Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA is a plus). + 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools. + Cost accounting knowledge is a bonus. + Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
