Job Summary: The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data. Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency. Perform closing procedures related to Aultman Health Foundation and any of its affiliated organizations Analysis of financial data trends and indicators for organization decision making Analysis of patient accounts receivable and net revenue estimation and modeling Completion of monthly account reconciliations Participate in team projects related to the strategic goals of the organization Assist with budgeting, tax and audit functions for the organization Work collaboratively with co-workers and other departments

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA license is a plus 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related role. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
